Christian Alliance International School (CAIS), a non-profit making school wholly owned by Kowloon Tong Church of the Chinese Christian and Missionary Alliance, invites applications for Admissions Assistant / Admissions Officer.
About the Position
Reporting to the Director of Admissions and Advancement, the Admissions Assistant / Admissions Officer plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer services to prospective families and supporting the school's annual student recruitment exercise, with responsibilities listed below.
Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to incoming enquiries via phone, email and in person Assist in enrollment and re-enrollment process Maintain and update student information on SIS and UE Manage marketing and school promotional materials Provide administrative support to the team Carry out any other job duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions and Advancement
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree holder Knowledge of international school industry in Hong Kong is a plus Fluency in written and spoken English and Putonghua Excellent communication skills and organizational skills Competent in computer literacy (PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and mail merge) Ability to initiate a positive relationship with prospective families Able to maintain confidentiality Good team player Fresh graduates are welcome Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Admissions Officer
