Analyst Programmer

Christian Alliance International School (CAIS), a non-profit making school wholly owned by Kowloon Tong Church of the Chinese Christian and Missionary Alliance, invites applications for Analyst Programmer.
Duties and Responsibilities
To perform schoolwide application development, implementation, customisation, operation, support and maintenance. To collect user requirements, UX/UI design, coding, prepare documents and rollout plan, conduct user training and application demonstration. To develop integrations between different systems. To support and handle enquiries from staff, teachers, students, parents and users. To communicate and work with vendors on system development, maintenance, support and integration. To communicate and work with users from different departments for school applications. To prepare test plan, co-ordinate and carry out testing. To support UAT and troubleshoot software development problems. To carry out regular and ad-hoc system operations of education applications. To prepare technical documents, user guides and other related documents. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
Higher Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Experience in PHP, SQL, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Oracle, SQL server, IIS, Microsoft Active Directory, school system development, PowerSchool and Schoology System is an advantage. Strong analytical skill, good interpersonal and communication skills; being attentive to details, proactive and self-initiative. Willing to learn new technologies and solutions. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
