Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of the planning, preparation and delivery of effective learning and teaching activities and programmes across key learning areas for students Provide instruction in all core subjects at a single grade level including English, Math, Science, Social Studies, Health, and Bible. Courses such as PE, Music, Art, and Mandarin are taught by subject specialists Work collaboratively with colleagues in grade level teams
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor Degree in Education, or Bachelor Degree in relevant major subject(s) with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education or equivalent teaching credential with at least 10 weeks' practicum required Elementary / primary teacher training required and prior experience in teaching in primary schools strongly preferred High level of English proficiency in spoken and written English required Candidate embracing the values of Christian education preferred
Effective Date of Employment
The starting date for this appointment is mid-August 2025. Initial contract is normally 2 years in duration. Renewable 2-year contracts are offered subject to mutual agreement.
