Christian Alliance International School (CAIS), a non-profit making school wholly owned by the Kowloon Tong Church of the Chinese Christian and Missionary Alliance, invites applications for the position of Human Resources Officer (Recruitment). The Human Resources Office provides day-to-day support for both teaching and non-teaching staff in a myriad of ways. The incumbent will be one of the key members of the Human Resources team, with a range of duties that include, but are not limited to the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
Support a full range of recruitment services including job posting, shortlist of applications and subsequent follow-up, interview arrangement, preparation of employment documents and job offer etc. Provide support to the hiring and on-boarding processes including but not limited to teacher certification, visa application and renewal, staff quarters, housing arrangement, travel logistics Assist in organizing staff relations activities Provide support to staff professional development program, including visa applications, accommodations, travel and insurance arrangements, etc Handle staff inquiries and internal communications Provide clerical and administrative support to the wider Human Resources team Promote a collegial, collaborative, and Christ-centered work environment that encourages continuous development, growth, integrity, and professionalism Carry out ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or related discipline At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably gained from educational and related industry, or sizable companies Candidates with more experience also will be considered A good team player, responsible, self-motivated, well-organized, patient, meticulous, multitasked, and works well under a variety of timelines Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese Good interpersonal skills and an ability to work with people from a broad range of background internally and externally Strong in computer skills Candidate with an understanding of Christian values preferred Immediate available advantageous
