In Secondary, we continue to walk the pathway to success together. Every student on this journey is important. Our teachers help students to discover and develop their God-given gifts and abilities.
Secondary students engage in new learning experiences. For example, they may become involved in community service through the Social Justice Club or in sharing the Gospel through Glow In the Dark. Seniors come together at the beginning of the school year for Senior Induction, an immersive camp experience that helps them make the most of their Senior Year, preparation for college and life beyond CAIS.
Students are challenged to reflect critically and think creatively. Decision-making skills are enhanced. We think about why we believe what we believe and consider how these beliefs affect our actions in society. Students learn to engage the digital age effectively, not merely as consumers, but as creators.
Secondary school is an exciting time in individual development. Students take more ownership for their success while teachers support them in the journey. The Secondary team is passionate about equipping students with the tools needed to engage their world and become effective lifelong learners.
